I love seeing people being fitter and happier at the end of the program. And Chloe's music choice is really good, I personally love it. I can't train on the first 3 days of my period though, seems impossible :D

Just some advice that works best for me (might not work for you, though). When you get home from school/work/extracurriculars, do homework, assignments, etc first. After that, work out! 🏋️‍♀️ 🏋️‍♂️ 🏋️ After you finish your workout, have a cold shower, wash your hair, face and scrub your body with soap. After you do that, relax for a while until dinner! Edit: on rest days, do some light yoga instead of a workout if you’re into that stuff. Good lunch with your workout!!

btw i love your vids, they help me so much and after two workouts you see results so fast! this girl is helping boost my confidence. from confidence level 0.007% she has helped me get to 10% in no time! Help, everyone! Last year I meditated on having a big butt bc it was in style and it came true and I don't want it anymore! As a Libra, I took a lot of pride in my boobs and butt both being 33 in. Now butt is 35 in! I HATE it! I don't feel like myself anymore! I hate my jeans not fitting! I hate being Oogled by Creeps in the store! My grandma praises me for finally developing at 27/8 but it makes me cry myself to sleep every night and want to Kill Myself! But all the exercise tutorials are for big butts! There's no guide on how to get my small butt back! 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭

it's time to go back to my healthy routine, i did 2 weeks shred challenge 2 times, i stopped junk food, i was 86 kg before, and after completing the challenge now i am 81 kg, but recently [for about 2 weeks], i've been so unmotivated and i didn't exercise and also i started eating junk food a lot, but now it's time to go back, so yesterday i started day 1 and i completed day 1 so i will start updating from now on, plz like and reply to keep me motivated Day 1 : completed day 2 : done
