So I have a tip for all of you trying to build muscles (like the booty) while trying to lose weight. Along with eating healthier try eating high protein and between low and medium carb intake. This is especially good for hypoglycemic people like myself who need more and frequent carbs throughout the day without overdoing it for weight loss and toning up. Love you chloe!

It's really comforting to hear you reassure us to not feel bad if we miss days or take longer recovery times. I have bad issues with chronic pain and chronic fatigue and get disheartened with working out because I know that sometimes (like this week) I'll have like a full week where I can barely get to the toilet without feeling like I'll collapse. I've been wanting to do one of your programs but didn't feel great about it because I *know* it will take me a lot longer than it would for someone who wasn't chronically ill, but hearing you say that reminded me that working out a couple times a week is better than not at all. Feeling encouraged to try your 2 Weeks Shred Challenge and to be forgiving with myself when it takes like a month lmao.

I’m literally going through videos on your channel to add to my watch history. I haven’t worked out for 5 years. I’m 5”3 and during that 5 years I went from 120 to 160lbs... it was a rough time. Right now I’m at 130lbs (through diet), but today is the day I’m going to work out and get my life together. I’m tired of feeling tired and having labored breathing. I need to get my body into good physical condition!

I had spinal surgery last year and it’s hard for me to work out. And I will really love to do your workout videos which one would you recommend. I tried to do simple workout but end up getting hurt and hard for me to move around.

I started doing Chloe’s ab video every other day over the summer and eventually moved to her full body workout video. Even though I’m not doing the challenge aspect, I love the feeling of laying down on my yoga mat after finishing another vid and just resting my hands on my stomach and feeling myself breathe. It’s really lifted my mood and I feel like my eating struggles and motivation efforts are really paying off. I have dropped off my workout schedule since classes have started back up but I’m hopping back on schedule today. Thanks for the endless motivation and support, chloe :)

I just started 2020 Shred challenge, I was very unmotivated thinking that it probably was a wrong one to start, BUT!!! I am going to keep pushing. I am going to do day 1 for entire week til I gain enough strength and able to do full 5 videos at one go, before I move on to full 2 weeks. Mainly to lose weight. Before Pandemic started, I was 175 FROM 200 lb, and I managed to gain it all back, started weight at 191 currently. Hope to lose at least 50 lb using ONLY Chloe Ting's challenges, and Anti-Inflammatory diet. My major goal from this to have a flat belly for first time in my life.

hey im teenager i lost 22kg but i don’t know why my process has slowed down maybe i am doing something wrong i don’t know but im not losing weight like i used to :/ im not counting calories but im in the calorie deficit and i work out about 3x per week and im not losing weight and im trying to do some ab workouts but my stomach looks the same idk why please help me:(

Sooooo..... After just one day my tummy hurt so bad the next day that everytime I sneezed I felt like a bomb went off in my abs. I have seasonal allergies so I think I did a whole workout without actually doing it on the second day lol 🤣

Hi Chloe, I am 52 yrs old and I suffer from rheumatoid arthritis and I need to loose 100 lbs but it’s kind of hard because I’m on a budget in order to do any diet and I’m willing to do the exercises but some of them there’s no way I can do them can you give me some alternatives, I want to start doing them Oct 12, 2020 cause I’m about to have a little procedure and I’m gonna need a few days to go back to normal. So October 12 is ON, I’m gonna start drinking my protein shake, healthy lunch and dinner and I need to do exercise to help me loose the weight so anything you can help me with I’ll appreciate it 👍🏻
