☆ Breakfast - Egg Muffin
9 eggs
1/4 cup of milk/almond milk/water
2 medium zucchinis
1 capsicum
salt and pepper
Olive oil/your preferred oil
Mix the eggs together with milk, then add the chopped capsicums and shredded zucchinis. You can also add bacon, sausage, or other vegetables. Adjust to you liking. Season with salt and pepper. Transfer the mixture to an oiled tray (I used olive oil). Then bake for 20-25 minutes (or more if you have more ingredients) at 180 degree celsius /355 degree fahrenheit.
☆ Overnight oats
The standard recipes is:
1/2 cup rolled oats
1 cup milk (almond milk)
Cinnamon
Maple Syrup
Berries
1 tsp Vanilla extract
Adjust to your liking!
☆ Lunch & Dinner
• 3 Large sweet potatoes
I like it to cut them into chip size because it cooks faster. It takes about 20-30 minutes at 200 degree celsius. Flip them over after the first 10 to 15 minutes.
• 2 Large Red capsicums and 2 Yellow Capsicums (Bell Peppers)
Takes about 20 minutes at 200 degree celsius to cook to my liking. You can leave it in the oven a little shorter if you like it crunchy. (200 degree celsius us around 390 degree fahrenheit)
• 3 Bunch of Asparagus.
This takes less than 10 minutes at 200 degree celsius. If they're small and tiny then 5 minutes will do. I like them crunchy.
• Kale with Garlic
Add some to a pan and fry the garlic for a minute then add the kale. Cook for about 5 minutes and done!
• 2 big Salmon Fillets
Season with salt and pepper (that's all I do). You can add your favourite seasonings.
Grill it for 10 minutes in the oven at 200 degree celsius. I don't like them overdone. and 9-10 minutes are normally just right depending on the thickness.
• 2 big White Fish Fillets
Rubbed some olive oil on the fish. Half a lemon juice, Ginger powder, salt, pepper and oregano.
Grill it for 10 minutes in the oven at 200 degree celsius.
• 1kg of Chicken Breasts
Rubbed some olive oil on the chicken. Season with sweet paprika, salt, pepper and garlic granules. Again add your fav spices!
Grill it for 10 minutes in the oven at 200 degree celsius. Again this is dependent on the thickness of the chicken breast. I had mine sliced in half.
After all these are cooked, I just divide the chicken breasts into 5 portions. Add sweet potatoes, capsicums and asparagus to create 5 chicken/veg meals.
For the fish meals, I have quinoa, kale and the fish. I didn't measure anything so I just eyeball everything here. For white fish, I added more sweet potatoes because white fish are lower in fat, hence lower in calories.

☆ Healthy Hummus
2 cans of chickpeas (500g drained chickpeas)
20g of tahinis
60g of olive oil
2 garlic cloves
1 Lemon Juice
Almond milk to water it down. (Just add enough so that it's not too thick)
Pink Himalayan Salt
Cumin (optional)
Blend them all together! I like to eat it with Wholemeal Pita Pockets. It is sooooo good. The ones I love most is from Mission.
Don't forget to add some fruits or nuts as snacks if you're hungry. Also don't restrict too much. Need ice cream, have some ice cream. Don't overindulge and also don't under indulge. Stay happy and healthy.

MEAL PREP LIFE! I don't meal prep a lot because I like fresh food but you can put them in the freezer so that they don't go bad in the fridge. It saves so much time and helps to keep you on track. Recommend you to try it out for a week! :D

sowmya shetty hi am doing the 30days flat belly challenge and am from srilanka our main meal is rice though but what am doing is less the amount of rice and more vegetables for lunch . If I eat rice for 2 days and then 3rd day will be whole meal sandwich or chapathi .. For dinner light food .. if you reduce the amount of carbs it’s good for you . Well I have a cheating day as well 😆. But please be check calories for the rest of the days . 20 days finished and I lost 2 inches in my belly and getting good results in my appearance..

No you don’t, you can add any liquid, but some type of milk whether it’s oat, cashew, coconut or goat will give the oats a creamier consistency and a nice taste.

My diet plan for eating every 2 hours is 6.00 am - wakeup 6.15 am - 200 ml of boiled cumin water 7.00 am - green tea 9.00 am - Indian breakfast - idly/upma/dosa/poha/vada/puri / waffles with blueberry jam 11.00 am - lemon water 1.00 pm - 1 chapati with any Indian veg or non-veg curry 3.00 pm - 1 medium glass of buttermilk/ 5 tablespoon curd (since my body is heat body ) 5.00 pm - any kind of fruit/ nuts/ greentea/ lemon water 8.00 pm - Suffola masala oats - 1 small cup/ 1 chapati 10.00 pm - sleep My daily Selfcare : 8 hours sleep 3liter of water Fitness - chloe tings programe Meditation for 5 minutes no sugar no junk food/street food Note: If I get a little bit starving in between evening snack and my dinner I mostly eat a small or medium banana If you ask why banana ? Banana will reduce our food starving and gives instant energy to our body. Hope you guys are safe in quarantine...

@Linh Nguyen Yes I will help you... Let me tell my experience and visit your medical professionals. Please don't take any pcod medicines, it will gain your weight unlimited. I took the medicines for 6 months, the doctor said not to eat chocolates or sweets and not to stop medicines, she already told that I'll have huge hair and will gain a lot of weight but unfortunately, I affected by side effects so I stopped the medicines and start eating whatever I like ( chocolates, sweets, etc ) and I gained 20 kgs in just 3 months... I can't continue my whole life taking these stupid medicines so I started dieting and exercise and it took another 3 and 1/2 months to lose my gained weight. It's really hard and I pushed myself very very hard, I took another 1 month to lose 10 kgs naturally... hope it helps you. Try egg diet for 1 week of versatile Vicky and after 1 week eat your normal diet like rice curry, breakfast upma , dosa vada, etc... Note down every day of what you ate in a book or diary.. Every day Do the exercise of abs workout - chloeting for 14 days...and after you completed that abs workout you should do anyone chloe ting program which is free and available in her blog, you can find in google. And also remember to warm up at the starting of your program and cool down after the workout. If you observe in her programs she didn't mention the warm-up and cool down in some of the videos and I request you to do warm-up and cool down for everyday... If you ask why only abs workout. The exercises in that video will twist your stomach and side fat, so it will help you to cure... I did the egg diet and chloe programs ( last month I have completed summer shred and this month I started the flat tummy program ) and after doing the diet and exercise I got my period like after 25 days or 1 month and I created my own diet by doing research in youtube. I prefer you not to take apple cider vinegar shots, whole day fasting diets, and go for random diets. And I started drinking detox drink from 3 days and I started losing weight, I lost 1 kg in 2 days and also help to remove all the toxins in our body. ( I will share you very gross and disgusting secret🤣 I started pooping three times a day and before I did only two times 🤣) I made really big mistakes in eating chocolates, sweets, biriyani, sugar things...So I recommend not to have them until you cured and once after you are sure that you are having regular videos I recommend you to have your favorite sacrificed things in very small amount only moring 7:00 am to 11:30 pm. If you are having a party and going to a restaurant with family, I know how you feel if all are eating biriyani and you are eating salad 😂 so no problem you can eat but the very next day do the chloe exercise whatever is in that program. But do twice taking a break of half an hour after doing 1 time. I know it will hard doing 2nd time so eat a handful of nuts and half a bowl of fruits after 1 completion. Let me know if you are having any doubts 🤗😊

Hello I am one of your fan.Sorry your challenges are so long time workout. I want to not long time workout. I recommend that you should add 10-15 min everyday full body or six pack workout(it can be longterm) challenge . I recommend that it separately 2 workout(daily) and it 10-15min. I hope you that you create it :)
