I love Chloe and her positive motives and energy but her videos such as do this for 2 weeks to get abs just doesn’t work spot training aka trying to loose weight in one section of your body doesn’t work you can’t tell your body were to loose weight.

Hi Chloe I need help. (Sorry for writing the same comment on more of your videos) I am doing the 25 day hourglass programme. When I finish the programme, what should I do then? My goal is to have a constant workout routine. I know that there is an answer in FAQ but it doesn't really tell us what to do... Should I constantly be doing the last 7 days, or last 5 days of the programme or should I do everything again from the start or what? What do you recommend? And what about rest days? I am confused. (Let's say I am satisfied with my results). I am asking this because I want to have constant workout routine. It will mean a lot to me if you answer ❤

I did all her workout in low impact for 3 weeks now. Seriously there are visible results to your body. Consistent is key everyone. Keep working out. Don't give up. Take rest but don't stop. 😘😘😘 thanks chloe ting for your videos. I love working out now 😂😁.

That's how my tummy looks but a little bigger on the top & smaller at the bottom. When I was young I had the pregnant belly look. Ppl always thought I was hiding a pregnant belly. Even in Jr high. I wore jackets every Where I went to. I never known what it's like to have a flat tummy.

Oh the period bloat you mentioned. I feel that, usually towards the end of it I'll put on some coconut oil and saran wrap my tummy while I do chores around the house to blast the retained water. It also helps the coconut oil soak in, I feel personally, and helps my stretch marks (mom of 5 tummy 😉😊)
